County Road Bakery was founded by
Alex Matsu, a professional baker and food educator. In 2021 the business expanded to become a full family endeavor and is now managed by Alex, Sid Matsu, Karen Greenberg, and Phil Matsu, who live in Sullivan County and are all gluten-free.
