  • I have a nut allergy. Is this food safe for me?
    We never use nuts in any of our baked goods! We take the utmost care to determine and control the sources of the ingredients we utilize, and we purchase nut-free materials only, and non-gmo flours and starches. Some product ingredients may come from facilities where seeds and nuts might have been present. Please take the necessary precautions.
  • Do you take special orders?
    Yes! We will make anything custom, as long as it is reasonable and there advance notice of at least two weeks. We are more than willing to make something sugar free, or vegan when possible. There might be a price change due to ingreident pricing. We also do custom decorations for special event cakes. Please send us an email, or contact us at 917-325-5645.
  • Do you cater?
    Yes, we cater! We love preparing food for special events! Please call or message a minimum of two weeks prior to your party and we can work with you to create a personalized menu that is perfect for you and your guests.
  • How long will my desserts last after I've brought them home?
    All County Road Bakery goods are baked fresh the day of market with only natural preservatives, or baked a day before and frozen overnight.. Additionally, gluten-free baked goods do not respond like traditional wheat flour and do not last in a traditional way. If you wish to preserve CRB baked goods after the first two days we recommend they stay in an airtight container in a fridge for no longer than one week, or wrapped in freezer safe paper and frozen for up to 1 month.
