I have a nut allergy. Is this food safe for me?We never use nuts in any of our baked goods! We take the utmost care to determine and control the sources of the ingredients we utilize, and we purchase nut-free materials only, and non-gmo flours and starches. While we try diligently to avoid them, some ingredients may come from facilities where seeds and nuts might have been present. Please take all necessary precautions.

Do you take special orders?Yes! As long as you provide advance notice of two weeks. Birthday cupcakes are our specialty! Please send us an email, or contact us at 917-325-5645.

Do you cater?Yes, we cater and love preparing food for special events! Please call or message a minimum of three weeks prior to your party and we can work with you to create a personalized menu that is perfect for you and your guests.

How long will my desserts last after I've brought them home?County Road Bakery goods are baked fresh and we use only natural preservatives. Some items are frozen overnight.. Additionally, gluten-free baked goods very well to freezing, and re-heating. To preserve CRB baked goods, we recommend they stay in an airtight container in a fridge for no longer than one week, or wrapped in freezer safe paper and frozen for up to 2 months.

Is everything really Gluten-free?We blend our own flours from trusted source ingredients, and every item in our kitchen is gluten-free and celiac safe. Some items are Vegan (we make flax 'eggs'), other items are dairy free, utilizing our own chicken eggs. We do not use seeds, nuts or soy in the bakery.
