I have a nut allergy. Is this food safe for me?

Accepted Answer

We will never use nuts in any of our baked goods! We occasionally use seeds and seed oils, and several of our ingredients come from facilities where seeds and nts might have been present. Please take the necessary precautions.

Do you take special orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will make anything custom, as long as it is reasonable and there advance notice of at least two weeks. We are more than willing to make something sugar free, or vegan when possible. There might be a price change due to ingreident pricing. We also do custom decorations for special event cakes. Please send us an email, or contact us at 917-325-5645.

Do you cater?

We are more than willing to prepare food for your special event! Please call or message at least two weeks prior and we can work out a personalized menu that is perfect for you and your guests.

Question 4

How long will my desserts last after i've brought them home?

Accepted Answer

All County Road Bakery goods are baked fresh, day of market with only natural preservatives. Additonally, gluten-free baked goods are not traditional, and do not last in a traditional way. However, if you wish to preserve them after the first two days we reccomend they stay in an airtight container in a fridge for no longer than one week.
