Our gluten-free take on a classic sourdough loaf with a soft white inside and a crunchy crust to die for.  Round loaf is 32 oz. with a diameter of 8 inches.

(ingredients): brown rice, tapioca, potato starch, sorghum flour, arrowroot, egg,  apple cider vinegar,      canola oil, distilled water, cane sugar , gum, salt, yeast)
